Pork Sliders

These sliders are very similar to a Maid Rite loose meat sandwich. If you’d like, add cheese and bake for 15 minutes to melt the cheese.

1 lb Ground pork
1 tsp Garlic Bouillon
½ cup Water
1 tsp Brown sugar
1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
1 ½ tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 ½ tbsp Soy sauce
3 tbsp Yellow mustard
1/3 cup Dill pickle slices
1/3 cup Diced white onion
12 pk Hawaiian slider buns

• Brown ground pork until about half done.
• Add bouillon, water, brown sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire & soy sauce. Stir to combine and simmer until liquid evaporates.
• Open slider buns and top with ground pork mixture.
• Top with pickles, onions and mustard.
• Slice into individual sliders and serve.
